What's NOT Covered
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Monthly Subscription Fees ($697/month) - These are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime

Situations Not Covered
The guarantee does not apply if:
- You received fewer than 10 leads during the 30-day period (we need volume to demonstrate value)

Can You Re-Apply Later?

Monthly Subscription Cancellation
While the $1,500 setup fee has a 30-day guarantee, the monthly $697 subscription works differently:
- Cancel Anytime: No contracts, no commitments
- Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No Refunds: Monthly fees are not refundable (pro-rated or otherwise)
- How to Cancel: Email us or cancel from your account dashboard
