7. Data Retention
7.1 Active Accounts
While you're using Lead Lock:

- Response and appointment data retained indefinitely for reporting
- System logs retained for 90 days
7.2 After Cancellation
- Account data retained for 30 days (in case you want to reactivate)
- Billing records retained for 7 years (tax compliance)
- All other data deleted within 30 days of cancellation
